Please note our terms and conditions for Phuket Fishing Charters bookings, payments and cancellations and refunds here:

Cancellations must by received at least 24 hours before pickup time.
Cancellations due to weather or breakdown are the sole decision of the Captain.
In the case of weather, we usually have forewarning and will contact the customer to discuss cancellation or go another day on a case by case basis. The Captain will have the final decision.

PFC has the right to change the boat, crew or destination in the case of unforeseen events like breakdown or weather conditions. An equal or better vessel will be arranged if possible. In the case of a lesser boat being the only availability, price adjustment will be made accordingly.
