As a gesture of trust, no deposit is required and cash payment to be made at time of pick up.
Cancellations may be made minimum 24 hours before start of trip.
Cancellations inside 24hours or "no show" will result in full payment to be made on the day of proposed trip.
The guest agrees that once confirmation of booking has been made, to be bound by the above and is legally bound to pay on the day as per the terms of policy.
Cancellations are not 'acknowledged' unless direct phone contact with the office or email or sms has been acknowledged by Phuket Fishing Charters before the time limit.
All guests taking part in deep sea fishing including vehicle transfers do so at their own risk and agree to not hold Phuket Fishing Charters, their agents and operators responsible for any injury, death or loss or damage to personal property.
Any loss of Mask, snorkel or fishing equipment is to be paid for on the day of trip on demand. In any such case direct contact to Phuket Fishing Charters should be made inorder to resolve any issues as to the amount charged.

Policy : You will not find the same trip on the same boat at the same date for a cheaper price. I will happily give you a 10% discount on the price if you do. Also, I will give you a free speed boat snorkeling trip, lunch included to Coral Island Club on Banana Beach worth 1900 baht!
Policy Conditions: All you need to do is to supply the details of where you found the cheaper trip and show confirmation of the price. That's it. |
